Sunday Evening Worship @ 6 p.m.
We meet on Sunday evenings @ 6 p.m for worship and preaching. Lately, we have changed methods on how we have been doing Sunday evenings since we have begun our studying of the Free Will Baptist Doctrines. We meet on Wednesday Nights @ 7 p.m. for Worship and Bible Study. While the adults meet in the sanctuary, we provide two children age classes (Ages Below 7, and Ages 7 and Up).
Outreach
Here at Faith Free Will Baptist Church, we believe in the importance of evangelism in the community God has permitted us to be a part of by His grace. We believe that the Bible teaches that evangelism is both an opportunity to tell others about Jesus, and also an act of obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 1:14-16, Matthew 28:18-20. Mark 16:15) That is is an obligation to God corporately through the local church, and for the individual Christian themselves. Currently, we encourage our people to pick up Gospel Tracts regularly to invite people to our church; more importantly, to invite others to know Jesus Christ. Also, from time to time, we will have organized visitation and door knocking with the community. We are always looking into different avenues to get the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ into the hands of the people of Lubbock, Texas while honoring the boundaries set up by God’s Word.
